上海市工业能源生产力评价和技术效率分析

摘    要:基于2000—2013年间上海市工业行业的面板数据,研究上海市工业能源生产力的影响因素,并测算工业33个行业的技术效率。结果表明,资本要素与能源生产力正相关,而能源投入和碳排放量与能源生产力负相关,且上海市工业领域存在轻微的劳动力过剩情况;总体上,上海市工业领域在2000—2013年间的平均技术效率为0.81,相对于生产前沿面来说,还有19%的改善空间;制造业的技术效率水平整体较高,而电力、热力、燃气及水生产和供应业的技术无效率程度极高,生产点严重滞后于最优产出。

Analysis of technical efficiency and evaluation of energy productivity in Shanghai industrial sectors
Abstract:Based on the panel data of Shanghai Industrial sector from 2000 to 2013, this article examines the factors of Shanghai industrial energy productivity, and measures the technical efficiency of 33 industrial sectors. The results showed that: there is a positive correlation between capital and energy productivity, but energy consumption and carbon emissions negatively correlate with energy productivity, and there is a slight surplus labor situation in Shanghai industrial areas; Generally, the average technical efficiency between 2000 and 2013 in Shanghai industrial sector was 0.81, with respect to the production frontier, there are still 19% improvement in space; The overall level of technical efficiency in manufacturing is high, while technical inefficiency is extremely high in the production and supply industry of electricity, heat, gas and water, and its production lags far behind the optimum output.
