摘    要:通过结构解释模型识别影响陕西航空产业升级的7个关键因素,基于创新问题解决理论(TRIZ),将关键影响因素转化为了陕西航空产业升级的10个关键问题,并将关键问题作为标准因子建立了TRIZ问题模型和解决方案模型。借鉴TRIZ中40条发明创新原理,分析其对航空产业升级的启示,并有针对性的制定陕西航空产业在国家政策、产业环境、技术创新和产品制造等方面的中长期和短期升级策略。

Research on the Strategies for Shaanxi Aviation Industrial (SXAI) Upgrading based on TRIZ
Abstract:Because aviation industry has an important strategic role on the national defense industry and economic development, its upgrading has been deeply concerned by government and society. As an important gathering place for aviation industry, Shaanxi has become the aviation industry base who has the most complete industrial chain. However, there is still a large gap between SXAI and other developed countries, it is necessary to make scientific and reasonable strategies for Shaanxi aviation industrial upgrading. Firstly, 7 key influencing factors of SXAI were selected based on Questionnaire investigation and ISM. And these key factors were translated into 10 key problems by using TRIZ. Secondly, TRIZ model of SXAI was established to formulate strategies by using contradiction matrix and 40 inventive principles. Finally, a set of strategies were formulated according to the response principles which include short-term strategies and medium-and long-term strategies in national policy, industrial environment, technological innovation and product manufacturing.
