| 摘 要： | 通过分析美国、日本等发达国家对于基础研究的投入、管理以及发展策略,探讨各具特色的基础研究发展方式。进一步依据发达国家经验,提出对我国基础研究的启示。

The Enlightenment for China Basic Research from the Development Strategy in Main Developed Countries |

| Abstract: | Basic research plays more and more important role in scientific development, all of countries in the world are taking policies and measures to support the development of basic research. This paper has analyzed the investment, management and development strategy of basic research in the United States , Japan and other developed countries, discussed the distinctive developed way of basic research. According to experience of developed countries, we putted forward the enlightenment for Chinese basic research development. |
