| 摘 要： | 以高校科技成果为研究载体,研究知识扩散和科技成果转化的相关机制,以期助力我国创新驱动发展战略落实落地。首先,基于利益相关者理论,对高校科技成果转化的外部与内部利益相关群体进行识别,考察各个利益相关主体在高校科技成果转化中的定位与作用。其次,从科技成果转化的制度环境因素、高校外部利益相关者的中介服务因素以及高校内部利益相关者因素三方面,分析利益相关者对高校科技成果转化的影响。最后,从完善法律实施的配套措施、完善高校科技成果转化服务体系以及加快健全技术市场和服务中介服务体系三层面给出促进高校科技成果转化的政策建议。

Research on the Transformation Mechanism of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Universities Based on Stakeholder Theory |

| Abstract: | As a knowledge innovation and technological innovation practitioners, university is an important subject of China"s technological innovation activities. At present, China"s universities have rich scientific and technological resources, strong research and development capabilities, but the scientific and technological achievements are weak. Based on the theory of stakeholder, this study identifies the transformation of the scientific and technological achievements of the university and the internal and internal interest-related groups, and examines the positioning and role of various stakeholders in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities. This paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities on the basis of systematically and comprehensively analyzing the influence of stakeholder groups inside and outside the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities on the transformation of achievements. |
