| 摘 要： | 本文打开“黑箱”将技术转移系统内部结构解析为技术创新和产业价值创造前后联结的两个阶段,并采用两阶段DEA方法,首次对比分析以高校为主体的省市技术转移效率和以企业为主体的省市技术转移效率。结果表明,中国省际高校、企业整体技术转移效率偏低,技术创新阶段是制约总体技术转移效率提升的瓶颈,高校情况更为严峻;中国省际技术转移效率差距较大;针对比较发现,因地制宜提出适合不同主体提高技术转移效率的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper opens up the "black box" to analyze the internal structure of the technology transfer system into two stages of technological innovation and industrial value creation .With the use of the two-stage DEA method,take the lead to analyzing the efficiency of provincial and municipal technology transfer,the efficiency of the transfer of the main provinces and cities. The results show that the efficiency of the overall technology transfer in China"s inter-provincial colleges and universities is low, and the stage of technological innovation is the bottleneck of the efficiency of the overall technology transfer. The situation of the university is more severe; the gap between the inter-provincial technology transfer efficiency is large; Suggestions for improving the efficiency of technology transfer for different subjects. |
