摘    要:将主成分分析法(PCA)和综合指数法两种评价方法有机结合,构建高水平理工科高校科技成果转化绩效评价体系,并针对国内部分高水平理工科高校2017年的相关数据进行实证分析并验证,根据评价结果提出完善高水平理工科高校科技成果转化的一系列建议,为高水平理工科高校科技成果转化工作提供参考和指导。

Construction of Performance Evaluation System for Sci-Tech Achievements Transformation in High-level Engineering Colleges Based on PCA and Comprehensive Index Method
Abstract:Performance evaluation on sci-tech achievements transformation in colleges and universities plays an important role in the construction of high-level engineering colleges and the implementation of innovation-driven development strategies. However, systematic and complete measurement method and evaluation system can not be found for the performance evaluation of scientific and technological achievements transformation in high-level engineering colleges. In this paper, principal component analysis (PCA) and comprehensive index method are combined to construct a high-level performance evaluation system for scientific and technological achievements transformation in engineering colleges. According to the relevant data from some high-level engineering colleges in China in 2017, this paper analyzes and verifies this evaluation system. In the light of its evaluation results, it puts forward a series of suggestions and references for improving the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in high-level engineering colleges.
