| 摘 要： | 2015年10月,美国奥巴马政府第三次发布《美国创新战略》,系统部署实施面向未来的创新战略和政策。文中系统分析了2015年版《美国创新战略》的框架内容,评析了美国创新战略的主要特点,并提出了借鉴美国经验推动我国加快实施创新驱动发展战略的若干对策建议。

| Abstract: | In October 2015, the Obama Administration released the third American Innovation Strategy, established a deployment strategy of innovative policies for the future.This paper analyzes the framework of American Innovation Strategy 2015, summarizes its main characteris of the new strategy, and finally puts forward some suggestions to boost efforts to implementStheSstrategySofSpursuing innovation-driven development. |
