| 摘 要： | 美国退伍军人健康信息系统(Vist A)是开发最早、应用软件最完备、整合程度最高的医疗信息管理系统,促进了退伍军人医疗保健管理一体化和医疗精准化,在系统规避医疗差错、改善诊疗质量、决策科学化、增进医学知识、提高管理效率方面发挥了重大作用,其研发模式、理念、发展历程和技术概况对于中国医院信息化建设具有借鉴意义。

American Veterans Health Information System and Its Revelation to the Information Construction of China Hospital |

| Abstract: | American VistA (Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture information system) is the earliest developed and highly integrated medical information management system with the most complete application software in the world. VistA has promoted the integrity of management, enhanced the precision of medical treatment, and played an important role in systematically avoiding medical errors, scientifically promoting medical decision, improving medical quality, advancing medical knowledge and improving management efficiency, is the key to the success of VA health care reform. Therefore, a systematical investigation of the R D mode, development history, research philosophy and technical overview of VistA has great significance to the information construction of China hospital. |
