| 摘 要： | 工程建设标准的有效实施对于保证工程项目的施工安全和质量，促进科学技术的发展和深化都具有重要的作用。因此，对于工程建设标准采纳行为的研究有助于保证工程标准的实施获得最优效益。文章以计划行为理论为基础，通过问卷调查的方式，采用结构方程模型分析施工企业工程建设标准采纳行为问题。研究结果表明，主观规范和知觉行为控制正向影响着施工企业管理者的标准采纳行为；施工企业的采纳态度、主观规范与知觉行为控制通过标准采纳意愿这一中介变量影响着施工企业标准采纳的实际行为；知觉行为控制对施工企业的标准采纳行为影响机理较为复杂，在所有因素中处于影响程度最大的变量。根据模型的分析结果，提出促进施工企业标准采纳行为的政策建议。

Research on construction standards adoption behavior of construction enterprises based on TPB |

| Abstract: | Construction standards are the effectively and reasonably important basis to protect the construction activities effectively and reasonably. Therefore, the research on the adoption behavior of construction standards is helpful to ensure the optimal benefit of the implementation of construction standards.This paper is based on the theory of planning behavior, using structural equation model to analyze the problem of standard adoption behavior in engineering construction of construction enterprises through a questionnaire survey. The results show that subjective norms and perceptual behavior control have a significant impact on the standard adoption behavior of construction enterprise managers.The factors such as behavior attitude, subjective norm, perceptual behavior control and so on will adopt behavior indirectly through behavior intention as intermediary variable.The influence mechanism of perceptual behavior control on the standard adoption behavior of construction enterprises is complex but is the most influential variable of all factors.According to the analysis results of the model, some policy suggestions to promote the standard adoption behavior of construction enterprises are put forward. |
