| 摘 要： | 解决食品安全问题一个重要的方法就是利用食品安全指数对食品的安全水平进行评分，并找出影响食品安全的关键因素，从而进行针对性的监管。本文从国内外文献综述、国内法律法规和食品事故案例三个方面找出影响食品生产安全监管的因素，并运用德尔菲法进行专家论证，从而构建出我国食品生产环节安全监管指标体系。在德尔菲专家打分的基础上通过ANP得出各指标值相对应的全局权重和部分权重，最终建立我国食品生产环节安全监管指数模型。

Food production safety supervision index model research in China Based on ANP |

| Abstract: | An important way to solve the food safety problem is to use the food safety index to score the food safety level, and to find out the key factors affecting the food safety, so as to carry out targeted supervision. This article find out the factors affecting the food production safety supervision in three ways:the domestic and foreign literature review, domestic laws and regulations and food accident cases.use the Delphi method to build the food production safety regulatory index system. On this basis, using ANP to obtain the corresponding weight of each index and obtained the food production link safety regulatory index model. |
