| Abstract: | The study has attempted to compare two basic aspects of the technology resources investment (such as human resources investment, R D funding) and innovative output (such as patents, scientific papers, technical trading, R D output of above-scale enterprises, the high-tech industry) of four cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou, in order to get an objective, comprehensive and reliable positioning in the scientific and technological ability for innovation of Beijing through a comprehensive comparison. |
