| 摘 要： | 近年来,作为中小型企业重要资金来源渠道的知识产权质押融资成功率较低,商业银行怕贷。基于商业银行业务开展角度,在结合前人研究的基础上,从新视角即知识产权质押融资流程寻找风险产生的根源,结合经济学理论确定知识产权质押融资业务风险因素并解释其形成过程,最终以三大风险分担主体和导致贷款企业及出质知识产权变化的因素两方面为着手点,运用层次分析法构建一套科学、合理的风险评估指标体系,以提高银行参与知识产权质押业务的积极性。

| Abstract: | In recent years, as an important source of funds for small and medium-sized enterprises, the success rate of intellectual property pledge financing is low, and commercial banks are afraid of lending. Therefore, based on commercial bank business development, this paper combines the previous studies to find the root of risk from a new perspective, that is, intellectual property pledge financing process, and combines economic theory to determine the risk factors of intellectual property pledge financing business and explain its formation process. Finally, starting from the three main risk-sharing subjects and the factors leading to the changes of the loan enterprises and the pledged intellectual property rights, a set of scientific and reasonable risk assessment index system is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to improve the enthusiasm of banks to participate in the intellectual property pledge business. |
