摘    要:大学生是未来科技创新的主力军,肩负着推动科技进步和创新驱动发展的历史使命,培养提高他们的科技风险防范意识与管理能力从而有效控制与化解科技风险是应对风险社会变化发展的客观要求,也是当前我国高等教育提高人才培养质量的重要内容。提升高校学生的科技风险防范管理能力有多种可供选择的培养模式,实践表明,BTEC培养模式运用于高校学生的科技风险防范管理教育,它是提高大学生科技风险防范意识与管理能力的有效途径,有利于完善和创新高校教师科技风险防范管理教育的方法和理论体系。
