| 摘 要： | 从企业绩效入手,探究专利质量评价指标与经济绩效之间的关系;在此基础上,甄选出能够衡量企业专利经济价值的评价指标。研究结果表明:企业发明专利近3年被引次数指标对企业绩效有显著的促进作用,维持年限长的专利对企业绩效的促进作用不显著;由于技术溢出效应的存在,企业发明专利平均被引次数与企业绩效负相关。
