摘 要: | 农业科技园区是我国农业供给侧结构性改革的突破口,而供给侧结构性改革促进经济增长新动力的关键在于创新。本文从供给侧结构性改革的角度出发,以含有供给侧结构性改革的综合评价指标体系为基础,运用熵权法与TOPSIS相结合的模型,运用MATLAB编程实现,对所选取样本的创新发展能力进行科学的计算与评价,并通过对实证结果的对比分析,提出恰当的改进建议,以期提高陕西省农业园区的综合创新发展能力。

Evaluation of Comprehensive Innovation and Development Ability of Shanxi Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Park Based on Structural Reform of Supply Side |

Abstract: | The park of agricultural science and technology is the breakthrough point on structural reform of agricultural supply side in China, and innovation is the key to promote economic growth . This paper is based on the comprehensive evaluation index system of structural reform of supply side and uses the model which combined the methods entropy weight and TOPSIS. Then,The author uses MATLAB programming to Calculate and evaluate the ability of innovation and development for selected samples. Finally, analyzing the empirical results and putting forward appropriate suggestions to improve the comprehensive development of the agricultural park in Shanxi Province. |
