摘    要:促进科技成果转化是推进供给侧结构性改革的重要手段,而提高有效供给和需求使之达到均衡是提高科技成果转化率的关键。本文在构建科技成果转化供需主体模型基础上,重点从企业的核心地位、高校转化规模、科技成果转化政策体系、市场交易活跃程度、转化平台精准对接、中介服务机构支撑等方面分析广东省科技成果转化供需现状,并从扩大有效供给、扩大有效需求和优化供需环境等提出对策建议。

Abstract:Promoting%20the%20transformation%20of%20scientific%20and%20technological%20achievements%20is%20the%20important%20means to promote%20the%20supply-side%20of%20the%20structural%20reform,%20and%20the%20key%20of%20increasing%20the%20conversion%20rate%20is%20improving%20the%20effective%20supply%20and%20demand to achieve%20a%20balance.%20Based%20on%20the%20supply%20and%20demand%20%20model,%20this%20paper%20analyzes%20the%20current%20situation%20of%20supply%20and%20demand%20of%20scientific%20and%20technological%20achievements%20in%20Guangdong%20Province from six%20perspectives:%20the%20core%20of%20the%20enterprise,college%20conversion%20scale,policy%20system,market%20trading%20activity,conversion%20platform%20docking%20accurately%20and%20intermediary%20services%20support%20and%20then%20puts%20forward%20the%20countermeasures from expanding%20the%20effective%20supply,%20expanding%20the%20effective%20demand%20and%20optimizing%20the%20environment%20of%20supply%20and%20demand.
