| 摘 要： | 为了探讨白腹锦鸡（Chrysolophus amherstiae）血细胞的形态结构,为鸟类生理学研究提供基础资料,应用Wright染色法对白腹锦鸡的血细胞进行显微观察和各形态参数测定。结果表明：白腹锦鸡成熟的红细胞呈长椭圆形,表面光滑,具核;白细胞多呈圆形或椭圆形,其中嗜酸性粒细胞比嗜中性粒细胞大,嗜碱性粒细胞最小,单核细胞大于淋巴细胞;凝血细胞呈圆形或不规则形,多成群分布。

| Abstract: | The objective of this study is to reveal morphological characteristics of blood cells of the bird, Chrysolophus amherstiae, and provide biological basic data for further study on physiology of this bird. In the study, Wright stain is employed for observing blood cells under microscope. Results show： mature red blood cells of Chrysolophus amherstiae are long oval in shape, The surface is smqoth, has the nucleus; most of white blood ceils are round or oval in shape , White blood ceils, eosinophils than in neutrophils large, the smallest basophils, monocytes more than lymphocytes; thrombocyte are round or oval in shape,The anomalous shape, many distributes in groups. |
