| 摘 要： | 英语词的选用有时与英语表达的修辞效果直接相关,同样表达一个意思,用词不同有时修辞效果会大相径庭。因此,英语选词受修辞因素制约。在具体语言实践中,修辞因素制约一般词和具体词、泛指和特定词、内涵词和词义外延词、实际词和仿词以及精确词和词义模糊词的选择。

| Abstract: | Diction in English is sometimes directly related to the rhetorical effect of the English language.The same idea expressed in different words may result in entirely different rhetorical effects.The rhetorical effect restricts the diction in English.This paper discusses the special rhetorical effects achieved by choosing concrete words,words of connotative meaning,nonce words,and fuzzy words by illustration. |
