| Abstract: | The condition,causes and trends about spatial distribution and utility of regional IT industry talents in Fujian province were studied in this paper by means of calculation and analysis on concentration ratio of regional talents and its utility coefficient.Then a conclusion was made based on the above study.Finally,some thoughts on IT industry talents in Fujian province were given. |
