| 摘 要： | 韩非的治国思想是先秦诸子百家政治思想的总结与实践,“法”、“术”、“势”是其政权管理体系中的基本手段,三者融会贯通于一体,均是对国家政权管理形式及权势运作机制的设计。韩非的非道德主义及高度的君主专制思想,使其治国思想体系中君权与民权处于极端对立状态,是其天然的致命弱点。
