| 摘 要： | 以网络为载体、以地理信息系统为平台,开发了长春市水资源优化管理信息系统。该系统由硬件环境、软件环境和网络环境组成,具有数据库、信息传递、预测分析、业务查询、电子地图、信息发布等项功能。从平台安全、网络安全、数据安全、操作安全和用户安全等方面,分析了系统的安全性。该系统为城市水资源的科学管理、合理配置、高效使用等提供技术支持,是实现水资源可持续利用、建设节水型社会的重要手段。

| Abstract: | Using internet as carrier and GIS as platform,an information system for optimal water resource management of Changchun City was developed.This system was composed of hardware,software,and web environments,has many functions including database,information transfer,prediction and analysis,business enquiry,electric map,information publication,etc.The system security was analyzed from platform security,web security,data security,operation security,and client security.The system could provide technological support for scientific management,reasonable assemblage,and efficient use of urban water resource,was an important approach to sustainable utilization of water resource and water-saving society building. |
