| 摘 要： | 高师教育与义务教育均衡发展密切相关。促进义务教育均衡发展,服务新农村建设既是高师的办学宗旨,反过来亦可促进高师教育改革,推进高师内涵发展。为此,高师应面向农村,优化课程体系;改革教育教学实践,＂顶岗实习,置换培训＂,以促进职前教师培养和农村在职教师发展,进而促进义务教育均衡发展;加快教师教育职前职后一体化进程,实现高师教育、农村义务教育和新农村建设的互利共赢。

| Abstract: | Normal education and the balanced development of compulsory education are closely related. Promoting the development of compulsory education and serving the countryside＇s construction are the mission of normal education,and they also facilitate the development of normal education. In normal education the curriculum system should be optimized; the education system of teaching practice should be reformed,for example,taking post for field work,replacement training. These can promote not only the training of the pre-service teachers and the inservice teachers in rural areas but also the balanced development of compulsory education.They are good for the normal education,the balanced Development of compulsory Education and new coutryside＇s construction. |
