| 摘 要： | 进行办学资源优化配置，提高办学资源使用效率和运作的效益，是大学经营的本质属性。大学实行经营管理是适应社会经济发展、应对高校面临的校际竞争、解决自身存在问题的需要，也是国际高等教育改革发展实践推动的必然要求。大学经营就其内在逻辑特征上主要分为产品经营、资产经营和资本经营，本文主要从这三个方面探讨、分析地方高校的经营策略。

| Abstract: | Optimization distribution and improvement of rate of utilization of materials of running school are the nature of managing a university.Implement of management of higher education is needed in solving its problems,dealing with competitions between institutions of higher learning and following the development of society.And also,it is indispensable to the promotion of reform of international higher education.With regard to its characteristics of internal logic,management of institutions of higher learning is mainly divided into products management property management and capital management.The paper mainly analyzes and probes into the strategy of management of local-administered institutions of higher learning in terms of products management property management and capital management. |
