| 摘 要： | 高职学生的能力培养在高职教育中占有举足轻重的地位。对学生能力的综合评价，是教学设计的重要环节，它指导并调控教学，使之处于最佳状态。本文围绕高职学生的能力评价展开论述，分析了高职学生应具备的能力，介绍了如何设定评价指标、设计评价模型、建立评价支持系统，如何对高职学生能力进行系统的评价分析以及通过评价结果的反馈达到以评价促改进、以评价促建设的目的。
