| 摘 要： | 实践教学在高职院校整个教学体系中占有十分重要的地位,实践教学的质量高低是衡量高职院校教学质量的关键指标之一.要加强实践教学建设,首先要加强实践教学师资队伍建设.本文针对当前高职院校实践教学队伍建设水平不高的现状,探讨了应从体制和运行机制上采取相应的对策,以改善现有局面,提升实践教学队伍整体水平的一些思路.

| Abstract: | Practice teaching plays a very important role in the entire teaching system in the higher vocational schools, and the quality of practice teaching is a key index to rate the teaching quality. In order to strengthen the construction of practice section, we should firstly enhance the construction of practice contingent. Facing the relatively low status of the construction of practice contingent, this article explores that we should adopt corresponding strategy to better the situation and improve this team. |
