| 摘 要： | 分析了江苏省农村体育投入的基本来源和经费使用的基本结构,阐述了江苏省农民自身体育投入的主要内容。认为为优化和完善江苏省农村体育投入体系,应当明确农村体育投入的主体及各级政府的公共职责,完善财政转移支付制度,增加中央和省级政府的投入力度,优化农村体育经费使用的结构,实现资源共享,使农民真正得到体育实惠,应注重农村体育投入的均衡性和供给主体的差别对待,增加农村体育人口,引导农民合理进行体育消费。

| Abstract: | Analyzing the basic source of sport input and the basic structure of fund use in Jiangsu rural areas, this paper stated the main content of farmers sports input in Jiangsu province. In order to optimize and perfect rural sports input system in Jiangsu Provine, we should clarify the public responsibilities of the main body and governments at all levels, perfect financial transfer payment system, increase the investment of central and provincial governments and optimize the structure of the rural sports funds use to realize resource share and beneift farmers. We should also emphasize the balance of rural sports input and the different treatment of supplying subject to increase sports population in rural areas and guide reasonable sports consumption for farmers. |
