| 摘 要： | 以全运会官方网站公布的东道主金牌资料等为依据,分析了＂东道主金牌现象＂隐藏的各种危机,并对此提出了相应对策：官员政绩评价应与金牌数量分离,应有明确恰当的政治责任并完善竞赛制度,精确目标定位,规范经营行为,加速体制改革与专业队伍建设。

| Abstract: | Based on the host gold medal materials and so on which are announced on The National Games official website,this paper analyzes various hidden crisis of the "host gold phenomenon" and comes up with countermeasures: separate the official achievements appraisal and the numbers of gold medals,make clear political responsibility and perfect the competition system,accurate orientation and regularize management behavior and speed up system reform and construction of the professional team. |
