| 摘 要： | 改革开放新时期，我们党在总结党的建设丰富经验和继承马克思主义建党学说的基础上，科学判断党的历史方位，创造性地回答了“建设什么样的党、怎样建设党”这一基本问题，形成了独具特色的马克思主义执政党建设理论，在国际共产主义运动史上第一次比较完整地阐述了执政党建设的有关重大理论问题，丰富和发展了马克思主义的建党学说，具有重大的理论和实践意义。
