新时期图书馆人力资源管理

摘    要:长期以来,我国图书馆管理层侧重文献资源的管理与开发,忽视了人力资源的管理与开发,以致难以适应新时期图书馆工作的需要。面对新时期图书馆的发展趋势以及人力资源管理所面临的挑战,只有建立以人为中心的理性团队,合理配置人力资源,提高馆员的素质,完善人才引进机制,才能促进我国图书馆事业的快速发展。

Abstract:For a long time, people have laid particular emphasis on the management and development of document resources rather than human resource management. The situation is very difficult to meet the needs of library works in the new period. In the face of the development trend of the contemporary library and the newly-emerging challenges in the human resource management of the library, these suggestions are put forward that the human-centralized rational teams are established, the library human resources are allocated reasonably, the abilities of the library staff are improved, the introduction mechanism of highly-qualified personnel is perfected, so as to advance the rapid development of library works.
