| 摘 要： | 中小型城市的超市零售业正在面临大规模的行业巨头进军,本地连锁超市亟待转型与变革。首先对中小型城市本地连锁超市进行SWOT分析,在此基础上分析中小型城市超市零售业的行业发展趋势,并依据发展趋势提出本地连锁超市在各方面的应对策略。
