| 摘 要： | 对贵州省布依族人口的5对遗传性状的进行调查,计算出每对性状的出现率、除交叉臂外的基因频率,分析这些性状在性别间的差异,并与此前的相关文献进行对比,得出:惯用手在男女性别间存在显著差异;卷舌、上眼睑皱褶、环食指长、交叉臂在男女性别间无显著差异。与贵州平塘布依族比较,卷舌存在极显著差异(u=4.3704);环食指长(u=0.2213)无显著差异;上眼睑皱褶显性与贵州南部布依族(u=0.2861)比较无显著差异,与贵州侗族(u=4.0956)、湖南侗族(u=4.622)都存在极显著差异。贵州布依族的遗传性状在不同地区间有一定程度的异同,与共同起源的侗族存在明显差异。

| Abstract: | To Guizhou province Buyi Nationality population of 5 genetic characters are investigated,calculate each characters occurrence rate,except cross arm gene frequency,analysis of these traits in the differences between genders,and compared with previous related literature comparison,concluded: the dominant hand in gender were significant differences;retroflex,upper eyelid fold,the annular finger length,a cross arm and no significant difference.comparative with Guizhou Pingtang Buyi nationality,but there was significant difference(u=4.3704);the annular finger length(u=0.2213) had no significant difference;upper eyelid fold dominant and southern Guizhou Buyi(u=0.2861) showed no significant difference,and Guizhou Dong nationality(u=4.0956) Hunan Dong nationality(u= 4.622),there are significant differences.Guizhou Buyi nationality genetic traits in different regions have a certain degree of similarities and differences,and the common origin of the Dong nationality differences. |
