| 摘 要： | 我国业余游泳训练的发展和受重视程度远远落后于专业训练,面临着参加业余游泳训练运动员的年龄段缺乏系统性、运动员流失严重等一系列的问题。有偿训练、自费参赛等改革的逐步成熟和完善,竞技游泳后备人才的质量和数量已得到提高。

| Abstract: | The development and attention degree of amateur swimming training is fall behind professional swimming training,being faced with a series of questions of athlete's age and leaving. With the reforms of at one's own expenses attend train and compete becoming mature and consummate,the quality and quantity of junior swimmers have been advanced. |
