| 摘 要： | "国无法而不治,民无法而不立",没有一个良好的法律教育制度和现代法治观念,就不可能有合格的人员去从事立法、执法、司法和普法工作,法治建设就不可能顺利进行.从我国过去二十多年的改革开放经验看,法学教育的相对落后直接制约着法律制度的正常运行和整个法治建设的进程.因此,有必要对法学教育的实现目标作以探讨,并在此基础上针对当前法学教育中存在的诸多弊端提出可行性方案.

| Abstract: | in any countries, if there are not good systems of law - education and common concept of governing by law, there would be no qualified persons involving in the fields of legislation, the executing the law, the administration of justice and law popularization. In case, the goal of the construction would not be in vain. From the lessons in the past, we can reach the conclusion that the education of law has played an important part in the process of reaching the goal. So, to enhance the popularization of the education is necessary and realistic, indeed. |
