摘 要: | 在图书馆读者工作中,非语言交际是人际沟通不可缺少的一种主要方式,它在高校图书馆读者服务中有着语言因素不可替代的地位。高校图书馆员应掌握非语言交际运用的各种技巧,准确、适度、熟练地运用好非语言交际,促进图书馆工作的全面提高。
