| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法对西安市不同年龄妇女体育健身情况进行了现状调查。结果显示 :西安市妇女的体育认识呈多元化趋势 ,体育健身动机主要来源于生理方面的需要。

The result showed that:The sports cognition of ladies in Xi'an China presents diversified tenderly. The physiological need influenced the sports motivation. |
