关于过度教学的思考

摘    要:过度教学是指在教育教学过程中能对学生身心造成严重伤害的种种教育现象。当前,中小学教育中普遍存在的过度教学问题应引起足够的重视。反观现实教育,造成过度教学的根源主要有:教育观念传统保守,教育制度的制约,学校文化苍白无力,社会期望值过高。克服过度教学的弊端,可以从以下方面进行教育重构:确立学生主体,重塑教育灵魂;分层设计,动态选择;问题至上,探究为主;兴趣为先,方法为要;教材整合,学科兼顾;课堂放开,课外开放;目标灵活,评价多样;培养能力,重视情感。

Abstract:Excessive teaching refers to the various educational phenomena capable of inflicting physical and mental harm on students in the process of education and instruction.Currently,excessive teaching in the primary and middle schools is worth our close attention.Examining the education in reality,the main causes of excessive teaching include traditional and conservative educational ideas,constraints of educational system,pale school culture and too many expectations from the society.To overcome the shortcomings of excessive teaching,we can reconstruct the education in the following aspects: establishing the students’ status as the subject and remolding the educational spirit;doing the hierarchical design and dynamic selection;questions being first and inquiry being primary;interest being the most important and methods being the main part;integrating the teaching materials and taking into account the disciplines;free classroom and open extracurricular activities;flexible objectives and diversified evaluation;and fostering ability and stressing emotion.
