| Abstract: | Education quality is the lifeline of higher education,and implementing quauty project is very important for improving talent cultivating quality and school running level. Setting projects and constructing whereby is an effective way for quality construction. Implementation of quality project should be combined with service of regional economy and social development, to serve west-strait actively,to integrate with west-strait,to improve the ability of society serving. |
