| 摘 要： | 师资队伍建设是高职院校生存和发展的关键,是高职院校加强内涵建设的主要内容。高校教师考核是提高高校教师管理水平和加强师资队伍建设的重要举措。本文着力探讨了高职院校教师考核中存在的种种问题,提出了高职院校教师考核目的、考核原则、考核思路和考核步骤,对提高高职院校教师考核的严谨、合理、有效和针对性有积极的推进作用。
