| 摘 要： | 教学型本科院校＂应用型的研究性教学＂模式与研究型院校的＂研究型教学＂模式的区别在于研究的性质和内容不同。＂应用型的研究性教学＂是终身教育理论的具体实践和应用,是培养＂具有研究素质和钻研精神的应用型人才＂的基础,是促进＂应用实践型教学＂的前提和保障。＂应用型的研究性教学＂模式的政策安排为：推进教学质量工程建设,建立分层次的高水平师资发展机制和激励机制,倡导和谐发展的质量管理文化,完善研究性教学质量评审体系,构建实践平台提升师生研究和实践应用能力,重视教师心理契约构建,争取财政资金的支持。
