| 摘 要： | 在高校中本科生想转专业的现象很普遍,导致本科生想转专业的原因很多,主要有本科生本人的原因、社会和家庭的影响、学校的因素以及其他方面。针对这一现象,学校不应该加以排斥和限制,而应采取切实有效的措施,加以正确的引导和支持。为此,要帮助学生树立正确的世界观和人生观,采取有效的专业测试和职业规划教育,强化通识教育,调整专业设置,积极探索本科生培养模式,创新学生的思想工作,加强专业实践活动。
