| 摘 要： | 根据国外储存图书馆的实践、国内对此课题的研究以及我国三级文献保障制度和两大步的构想目标,针对上海地区各高校图书馆普遍存在馆藏空间不足的危机,提出建立上海地区高校联合馆藏体系的构想,并对体系建立过程中存在的低利用价值文献的确定、文献的所有权及文献的数字化等关键问题提出解决办法。

| Abstract: | According to the practice of depository library and the construction goal for China's three-level literature guarantee system and two major steps,and withs the widespread crisis of lack of space for university library's collection in Shanghai area,the paper proposes to establish the joint library collection system in Shanghai area,and puts forward the solution to the problems such as the identification of the low value of the literature,the ownership of digital documents and document digitalization. |
