| Abstract: | Environment is the not only the competitive potentiality and the productive forces, but also a precious resources to speed up the economic development. The soft environment construction is one of the most important projects that the government is determined to do, which will exert great effects on the fast, healthy, stable and harmonized development for Luoyang economy and society. This paper analyzes the existing problems for the soft environment for Luoyang Economy, and presents some countermeasures to promote the regional soft environment for Luoyang economy. |
