| 摘 要： | 随着高校毕业生就业形势趋紧,就业难已经成为当前大学生最烦恼的问题。在高校对大学生进行创业培训是缓解全社会就业压力,促进大学生自谋职业、自主创业的一条有效途径。在兵团高校开展SYB创业培训工作,对于兵团经济发展、社会稳定和屯垦戍边来说都有其重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。

| Abstract: | With the higher requirement of employment,difficulties in employment for college graduates is be- coming a more and more troublesome problem.Because of this,the employment training in higher schools is a good way to reduce the employment pressure and to inspire college students to find a right place for them- selves.It is of great significance for corps higher schools to carry out the SYB training program which will contribute a lot to the corps economic development and the social stability. |
