| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]旨在为大数据网络环境下馆员服务创新提供参考。方法/过程]采用问卷调查方法,以湖北等地部分高校图书馆及国家一级、二级公共图书馆基层馆员为调查对象,调查图书馆赋能、工作自主性、网络交互、馆员前摄型人格、馆员服务创新以及个体层面的特征信息,探讨大数据环境下馆员服务创新的作用机理,构建网络交互与工作自主性对馆员创新服务影响路径模型。结果/结论]图书馆赋能、馆员前摄型人格对馆员创新服务均具有显著的正向影响;网络交互调节了工作自主性与馆员创新服务的关系;图书馆赋能通过工作自主性影响馆员创新服务;馆员前摄型人格调节了图书馆赋能与网络交互的关系,对馆员创新服务的正向调节通过网络交互的中介作用实现。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for librarian service innovation under the environment of big data network.Method/process]The paper uses the questionnaire survey method takes some university libraries like Hubei and the grassroots librarians of the national first-level and second-level public libraries as respondents investigates the library empowerment work autonomy network interaction librarian proactive personality librarian service innovation and individual-level feature information explores the role and mechanism of librarian service innovation in the big data environment and constructs a path model of network interaction and work autonomy on librarians’innovation services.Result/conclusion]The library empowerment and the proactive personality of librarians have a significant positive impact on the innovative services of librarians;network interaction regulates the relationship between work autonomy and librarians’innovative services;the library empowerment affects the librarians’innovative services through the work autonomy;the librarian proactive personality adjusts the relationship between library empowerment and network interaction and the positive adjustment of librarians’innovative services is realized through the intermediary role of network interaction. |
