| 摘 要： | 为做好新时代高职院校学生的思想政治教育工作和价值引领工作,文章通过对当前高职院校学生党员教育培养存在缺乏考核入党动机的有效手段、学生党员示范引领作用不明显、学生党员的后续教育相对不足等问题进行分析,给出提升高职学生党员日常教育有效性的建议,以适应新时代培育既有理想信念、又能实干的大国工匠的时代要求。

| Abstract: | In order to do a good job of ideological and political education and value guidance for students in higher vocational colleges in the new era,the paper analyzes the problems in the current training of student Party members in higher vocational colleges,such as a lack of effective means to evaluate the motivation of joining the Party,student Party members'failure to play their leading and exemplary role,and insufficient follow-up education of student Party members.Then suggestions are provided to improve the effectiveness of daily education of Party members in higher vocational colleges,so as to cultivate craftsmen with both ideals and beliefs and hardworking spirit that can adapt to the new era. |
