| 摘 要： | 开展体育运动可以有效提升学生的综合素质,同时在团体性活动中有助于增加健全学生的心智、培养交际能力和团队精神,同时在相对宽松的环境下可以提升学生的心理健康水平,体现体育教学的实际价值。文章首先对当前体育教育形式与一体化进行概述,阐述了体育教学中实施一体化教学的意义,最后提出开展一体化教学的策略,希望对提升技工院校体育教学效果有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Sports can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of students.At the same time,group activities can help to improve students'metal intelligence,cultivate communicative ability and team spirit,improve students'mental health level in a relatively relaxed environment,and reflect the actual value of physical education teaching.This paper summarizes the current forms and integration of physical education,expounds the significance of implementing integrated teaching in physical education,and finally puts forward the strategy of developing integrated teaching,hoping to have a positive significance for improving the effect of physical education in technical colleges. |
