| 摘 要： | 网络环境下高校图书馆期刊信息资源呈现出新特点，针对期刊信息资源开发与利用中存在的问题，高校图书馆必须采取改变传统观念，重视培养深层次开发型人才和网上期刊信息资源的开发与利用，加强用户信息意识与蓐息能力的教育，建立适应学科建设的特色馆葳和文献传递服务机制，实现期刊信息资源共享等策略。

| Abstract: | periodical information resources of university litwary in network environment takes on new charactexistic. Aiming at problems of the exploitation and utilization of the periodical information resources, university lilxary must change their traditional conception, attach importance to train person with ability and exploitation and utilization of the periodical information resources in network, strengthen user＇s education on consciousness and ability of information, erect a characteristic library for subject constraction and a serving system of literalure transfer and achieve a share of periodical information resources and so on. |
