摘    要:《国家中长期教育规划纲要(2010-2020)》的制定经历了一个不寻常的过程,具有不寻常的意义。在内容上《国家中长期教育规划纲要(2010-2020)》体现了政策的连续性和创新性;还需要在理解与实践上下功夫。不同类型的高校应根据《国家中长期教育规划纲要(2010-2020)》合理定位,结合自身实际制定科学的发展规划。

Abstract:The making of National Education Project in the Middle & Long Run (2010 -2020) has undergone an unusual process and embraced outstanding significance. The Project is characterized by continuation and innovation. However, we shall attach great importance to understanding and practicing it. Different higher education schools shall reasonably set their own positions and make the correspondenfly unique policies based on the Project.
