| 摘 要： | 针对目前科技查新的迅速发展,阐明了高校科技查新服务社会化的重要意义。分析了高校查新机构的现状,探讨了其社会化服务目前存在的宣传、思维模式、职能定位等方面的主要问题;并就这些问题提出了开展宣传、转变观念、加强培训、建立绩效管理机制等一系列合理的解决方案。以江苏大学教育部科技查新站为例,介绍了这些改进措施的实施情况和成效。

| Abstract: | The socialization significance of sei - tech novelty retrieval of university library was illustrated according to the rapid development of sci - tech novelty retrieval nowadays. The main problems of the socialization of sci - tech novelty, such as publicizing, thinking pattern, function orientation, and so on, were discussed through the analysis of the current situation. And a series of the reasonable solutions were presented, which were carrying out publicizing, changing the concept, strengthening training, establishing performance management system etc. Finally the implement situation of these measures in sci - tech novelty retrieval station of Jiangsu university was demonstrated. |
