论教学中学生元认知能力的培养

摘    要:元认知就是个体对于自己认知活动的认知。在教学中注重对学生元认知能力的培养有其实际意义。本文就在教学中培养学生的元认知能力问题提出了几点看法:其一,教学中学生元认知能力的培养应注意元认知诸成分的全面培养;其二,元认知能力的培养应遵循元认知发展的规律;其三,元认知训练的主要方法。

Abstract:Meta-cognition is about individuals' interpretation of the process of acquiring knowledge by reasoning or by intuition.It's practically singificant to train students' meta-congnitive ability in the teaching process.This essay presents some ideas about this issue:First,training students' meta-congnitive ability should emphasis on all-round development of every factor of meta-congnition;Second,training meta-congnitive ability shoule follow the process of meta-congnitive development;Tird,there are several important ways to train meta-cognition.
